Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, unopened, and in their original professional packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the products to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items with your RMA number included and ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
